That’s because unlike the others… he knows full well Tony isn’t remotely apprehensive around him and judging by how isolated Bruce was… he must have loved the fact that someone was treating him like someone with a condition rather than someone dangerous and unhinged. Tony saw how Bruce could control the other guy instantly…. and Bruce could see Tony was worth saving even when he was in Hulk form because of the friendship Tony offered straight from the beginning.
